Pioneering Better Sleep & Smiles Since
1967
Kidlet was born from a simple yet powerful observation: straight teeth and proper breathing go hand in hand in supporting your child's healthy development.
Meet Our Expert
Dr. Earl Bergersen, our founder and Chief Clinical Officer, revolutionized orthodontics in 1967 when he created the first braceless system for straightening teeth. As a board-certified orthodontist and professor at Northwestern University for 25 years, Dr. Bergersen discovered that by guiding teeth into their natural positions early in childhood, both dental alignment and breathing issues could be addressed at the same time.
What began as HealthyStart® has now expanded into the Kidlet Care System. Built on the same foundation of innovation and research, Kidlet is making this care more accessible than ever before by bringing tele-dentistry directly to families. Together, we’ve helped over 5 million children worldwide achieve straighter teeth and better breathing.
“We believe every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential through better breathing, better sleep, and a confident smile. Our mission is to make effective, comfortable, and affordable treatment accessible to families everywhere.”
